Service Management Training - ITIL® and DevOps
We use our years of experience in IT Service Management to deliver practical and illustrative training. Our accredited training can lead to recognised qualifications in both ITIL® and DevOps, at all levels.
We also deliver bespoke training that focuses on specific client requirements, or high-level overviews of the two frameworks. The latter tailored for senior management briefings or as general awareness sessions to all staff in the organisation.
ASM Global is accredited with PeopleCert to deliver ITIL training. Building on our years of experience in IT Service Management, we offer bespoke IT Service Management training in addition to the accredited Foundation and Intermediate courses.
We are able to deliver our ITIL Foundation training in both classroom and online formats, and offer the exams in the same way. Intermediates and other type of training are currently only offered in a face-to-face format, but this can be either in a formal classroom style or in a more informal briefing style. For the Intermediates, we work with our partners at Purple Griffon, using their material delivered in our own distinctive manner. Regardless of type or material, our aim is to always provide the most effective focus on key learning objectives of the individuals and organisations we deliver to.
ASM Global is accredited with DevOps Institute and PeopleCert to deliver DevOps Foundation and Intermediate training with exams. Delivery of the courses are face-to-face onsite at clients premises or at one of our public training events in Sheffield. The online examinations are later taken at the delegate's convenience.
